Actually remove subscriptions from payment gateway provider
When cancelling or deleting a subscription, AC should communicate with the payment gateway to delete it. Right now, a subscription can be removed in AC, but the customer will keep getting charged unless the merchant manually removes the subscription from the payment gateway's system.
If you use the Authorize.net CIM gateway, this is possible. With gateways that are not storing the customer profile, it needs to be cancelled manually.

Add the ability to store the customer's credit card info on the gateway instead of within AC. With CyberSource, this is referred to as Payment Tokenization, which uses a subscription with a frequency set to "on-demand". I'm not sure how other gateways handle this.
Should I add this as a separate suggestion?
