Add Title Field to ac_Categories Table and in Admin UI
Good move putting the meta descriptions and keywords as separate fields in ac_categories. I assume this automatically adds the necessary HTML to those pages when they are rendered. However, there is no place for a title field. If I put <title> tags into one of the meta fields, the html won't render properly and the title will be embedded within the meta data. Each category needs a separate title field, and the proper <title> tags should be produced in the proper spot on page render.

Available in AbleCommerce Gold R5. Thanks for your feedback!

How about a general filed (exportable) that we could put any meta tags into and it would add it to the page. We use (or should I say used before gold) Facebook metatags to specify which picture and description to use when someone liked or shared a page. With out this Facebook chooses a picture (usually the wrong one) and description from the page. A general add whatever meta tag field would fix this for any tag we could think of. Sure we would have to build them ourselves (since it would not wrap specific meta tag info around it) but at least we would have the ability to add whatever tag we want. The added meta fields in Gold was nice (saved a little time) but to lose the general meta tage field was a big mistake!

Great! How about the Product table also? That one is actually more difficult to work around.

Yes, desperately need this ability in the admin.
