  • To report a bug, click the "Contact support" link to the right, and submit the details on how to reproduce the issue with your version information.  Response time between 1 and 7 days.
  • To request technical support, login to the AbleCommerce website, go to the Support page, and open a ticket. Response time is typically less than 24 hours.
