Update PayPal provider to support In-Context Checkout

PayPal has introduced a new Express Checkout interface called In-Context Checkout. I am requesting that this feature be incorporated into AbleCommerce Gold. Here is the information link:

    I just discovered this, and OH MY GOSH! It looks great! I think it would DRAMATICALLY improve the checkout experience for customers using Paypal! Can this be integrated by existing sites on AC Gold R10?
